Scott FeltAnaheim AngelsScott is a software engineer working for Hewlett-Packard in Fort Collins, Colorado. He came to that career somewhat circuitously, having first gotten a degree in English from Cal State Fullerton. But, the pressures of having Having grown up in Southern California, Scott has been an Anaheim Angels fan his entire life. Just for the record, this is the first time he has ever been able to make that claim proudly. Scott's passion for baseball has led him on several vacations to various ballparks around the country. He especially has enjoyed the hardcore fans of the northeast. He recalls sitting in the rain in center field at Fenway and watching in amazement as the crowd vigorously and mercilessly booed anybody who had the nerve to consider escaping the rain. Now that's dedication! In addition to Fenway, he has been fortunate enough to see games at Yankee Stadium, old Tiger Stadium, Skydome, Tropicana Field (yuck!), Kaufmann Stadium, Busch, Dodger Stadium, and, of course, Edison Field. He hopes to continue taking in games at different locales on future vacations. Simulation baseball is a relatively new hobby. Scott had played fantasy baseball for many, many years, but immediately gave it up for Diamond Mind leagues two years ago. He especially likes the building aspect of the game and the attention to prospects and young players and is currently a member of two leagues in addition to PSCB. |
