Rick KokkoSan Francisco GiantsRick is one of the original members of the league. Like many of the Seattle area managers, he was involved in the old APBA league. Rick (a confirmed bachelor) has been employed by the city of Renton (a Seattle suburb) for the last 32 years. He started out working for the Parks Department but now is a customer service representative in the Building License Department. Rick spends hours doing player eligibility for the league. His work, which has provided a great deal of help to managers trying to keep within the league rules, can be found on the web-site under PSCB League Files. Like most Seattleites, he is a Mariner fan, however growing up, the New York Yankees where his favorite team and the Mick, Mickey Mantle, his favorite player. Some of his friends refer to him as "right turn" in reference to his navigational skills. Lets put it this way: he is a better manager than navigator. A fact that has been demonstrated during summer baseball trips.
