Robert Ernest Brandt, age 34, aka Ernie, aka "Ernie the Attorney", aka "What an ass@#le", is a graduate of the University of Washington, and Gonzaga University School of Law. He now practices highly contested business litigation and criminal defense, with an emphasis on wife beating, uh, I mean, charges of domestic violence assault. (Although he would love to hit John Darnell's "large insurer" with a well-deserved bad faith claim!)

Once had a client who smashed his sister's car with a homemade wooden sword because she refused to have sex with him..... anymore. (Did not take that case to trial for obvious reasons.) Sued Ken Griffey Jr. for breach of contract.

A huge Mariner fan, was once ejected from the King Dome for yelling at Mike Timlin and Tony Fossas in the bullpen. (Alcohol may have been involved.) Was soon proven right by the waiver of Fossas and the trading of Timlin.

Head football coach at Kenmore Junior High School, with nine straight winning seasons and counting. Has read the entire Gulag Archipelago and The North American Free Trade Agreement (because he had too.) Wore the same hiking boots to the Tower of London, the Valley of the Lost Tribe on Kuaui, Cemetery Ridge at Gettysburg and to the top of the Central Temple of Angkor Wat in Siem Riep, Cambodia. The boots smell bad.

Lives with girlfriend Ann in Bothell.

Greatest PSCB league moment: Drafting Phil Nevin in the second round of the Winter Draft when he was still a journeyman catcher/third basemen.
